Westerman & Associates, P.C. was established in 1992 and is located in an historic building downtown Ann Arbor. We advise our clients on matters related to basic and sophisticated estate and tax planning, family business succession planning, trust and estate administration and probate litigation. We skillfully draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, real estate documents, marital agreements, business planning documents, estate tax returns, and many other documents to address our clients’ estate planning and administration needs.The estate planning process is dynamic because it involves so many facets of a person’s life. Often, our clients become like family as we assist them through the years with their legal needs.
