Brittany is an Associate Attorney with Westerman & Morrissey, P.C. where she practices in the area of estate planning and estate and trust administration. She is currently serving as Co-President of the New Lawyers Section of the Washtenaw County Bar Association. She is also a Board Member of the Washtenaw County Bar Association Board of Directors.

Brittany received her J.D. from Ohio Northern University Pettit College of Law, where she graduated with High Distinction. She served as an Associate Editor of the Ohio Northern University Law Review and was inducted into the Willis Society. In addition, Brittany received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Estate Planning and Taxation of Estates, Gifts & Trusts, as well as Property II, Bankruptcy & Creditor's Rights, and Oil & Gas Law.

Brittany received her B.A. in Political Science from the University of Oklahoma.

She is currently a member of the State Bar of Michigan, the American Bar Association, and the Washtenaw County Bar Association.
